Dotplot

This is a rather obscure program which compares protein molecules and DNA molecules in terms of the number of amino acids present in protein and the bases in DNA. Some sample molecules are supplied on disk. Pure DNA does not contain any amino acids so the logic escapes me! In any event, a plot within adjustable limits, may be obtained. Extensive manuals are on disk in Timeworks and Postcript formats.
