Dump-It

This program is a useful tool for anyone using their computer to interface with other MIDI equipment, such as synthesisers, drum machines, effects units and samplers. It lets you receive the memory contents of most MIDI devices, and you can then save this data to disk, to be loaded and retransmitted back to the device later.
