This is MemWatch, a _tiny_ program that watches memory usage in your system and displays the results graphically. This lets you keep an eye on the overall memory usage and fragmentation. This is most useful with Gribnif's Geneva or Atari's MultiTOS, but it can be used on any system to check memoryfragmentation.
