Mercury is a versatile tool for the monochrome monitor that replaces the VT52 terminal emulator implemented in the ST. All characters sent to the screen via GEMDOS and BIOS functions are managed and edited by Mercury. Mercury also contains a number of useful functions to make working with the ST easier and more beautiful. Graphics in Doodle format can easily be displayed and 'sent' to other STs via modem
