Molgraph

Molgraph will display, rotate and scale molecular models. Vector, sphere, and two types of ballstick displays are supported. Molgraphs powerful build feature is an advanced and versatile methods of combining together 3-dimensional fragments of molecules to build new molecular structures. Data is saved in the standard PDB (Brookhaven Protein Databank).
