'GIF, TARGA and Co' - An image manipulation program. You can resize, rescale, convert 24 bit to 8 bit and vice versa, there's even a 'special' Photochrome-like display for viewing big pictures in sections. SPC, SPU are also supported and its fairly economical on memory usage.
