CoSTa

CoSTa works with the log files created by NOS, ICE, MiNTnet, CoNnect, and CixComm. The NOS log is also used by STiKtime to support STiK. CoSTa runs over this log file and extracts all the information it requires about each call made, it then calculates the length of the call and the cost.
