TEMPUS-WORD Starter

This small program starts TEMPUS-WORD after the CPU caches have been switched off. If TEMPUS-WORD is stopped, the program reactivates the caches to allow faster work. The program is necessary because TEMPUS-WORD cannot be started on a Milan with the CPU caches turned on.
