Helps to convert (scanned) monochrome graphics to a color graphics format. BTCC reads every IMF image into memory and unpacks it. The result can be converted in four different raster sizes into an SHR image with 256 brightness levels. From this SHR image 16-color images can be converted in different ways. Options: Reduce, full screen and cutout. Brightness and contrast can be changed afterwards relatively or absolutely. Image storage normal or highly compressed (SHC). You can save your normal image as Degas Pl1 or in Neochrome format. STOS owners can also save their images in .MBK format (memory bank compressed). (Not with TOS 1.4.)
