This is specifically for users of the SuperCharger PC/XT emulator. It prevents the SilkMouse 3.1 screen saver from engaging while ABIO.TOS is running. (Screen savers in general cause problems with the SuperCharger). Also if you use ICD hard disk driver software, it allows you to use the write-cache feature in ST mode without it causing any problems in PC mode.
