MIDI-Manager

The MIDI Manager is supposed to be useful for all MIDI devices and not only for keyboards and sound expanders, but also for MIDI controllable effects and mixing consoles, MIDI patchbays, sequencers etc. Therefore the management of sound banks and the like is not supported.
